Welcome to “H” town…the Space City, home of the world’s largest indoor rodeo and host to the 150th NRA Annual Meetings & Exhibits. Friends of NRA is proud to kick-off the festivities Thursday evening, September 2nd with founding committee Houston Metro Friends of NRA hosting their annual fundraising event at The Ballroom at Bayou Place. Less than 7 minutes from the George R. Brown Convention Center, The Ballroom at Bayou Place offers valet parking, multiple parking garages in the museum district, and accessibility to several ride share options. Come enjoy the festivities inside with a patio view of downtown Houston. Volunteers from around the region are pitching in to support one of the oldest events in the state to plan an amazing evening filled with friends, firearms, freedom, and tons of FUN! We can’t wait to welcome 2nd Amendment supporters and friends from around the country with Texas-sized hospitality. 

During the Live Auction, we will be highlighting the 2020-2021 Gun of the Year, the Henry Repeating Arms Side Gate Lever Action .45-70 with the NRA Seal and serialization. This is Henry’s first time as our featured Gun of the Year and Texans are excited; from setting records in San Antonio to raising funds across the Lone Star State, we can’t wait to show it off in Houston.
