What are the dates for the 2019 NRA Annual Meetings & Exhibits?

Lobby Exhibits are open and the National NRA Foundation Banquet & Auction is held on Thursday, April 25. The Exhibit Hall and other special events are Friday, April 26 through Sunday, April 28, 2019.

When is the 2019 Exhibit Hall open?

Friday, April 26: 9am to 6pm
Saturday, April 27: 9am to 6pm
Sunday, April 28: 10am to 5pm

When is the NRAstore open in 2019?

The NRAstore will be open: 

Thursday, April 25: 2:00pm - 6:30pm

Friday, April 26: 8:00am - 6:30pm 

Saturday, April 27: 8:00am - 6:30pm

Sunday, April 28: 8:00am - 5:30pm

What is the address for the Indianapolis Convention Center?

The Indiana Convention Center is located at 100 South Capital Avenue, Indianapolis, IN 46225 

Is there a cost to attend the NRA Annual Meetings & Exhibits?

The NRA Annual Meetings and Exhibits is FREE to all NRA members and their families (spouse and children under 18 years old). For faster entry into the NRA Annual Meeting, please remember to bring your current membership card with you.

If you are not currently a NRA member, you can join at the door. 

Are there any special rates for Hotels in the area that are recommended?

Where do I go to Pre-Register?

Pre-Registration is now closed. You may register on-site by visiting the registration counters located in the Indiana Convention Center.

Registration hours are as follows:

  • Thursday, April 25: 2:00pm 6:00pm
  • Friday, April 26: 8:00am – 6:00pm
  • Saturday, April 27: 8:00am – 6:00pm
  • Sunday, April 28: 8:00am – 5:00pm

Where is Lost and Found?

Rooms CS02 and CS03 on the second floor of the Indiana Convention Center 

Are there shuttles buses from the Hotels to the Convention Center?

Due to the proximity of the major hotels to the Indiana Convention Center, there will be no shuttle buses used in Indianapolis.

Can I purchase firearms and ammunition at the Show?

Ammunition and firearm sales are not permitted at the NRA Annual Meetings & Exhibits.

Is concealed carry allowed at the Show?

During the 148th NRA Annual Meetings & Exhibits, the carry of personal firearms will be permitted in the Indiana Convention Center and Lucas Oil Stadium, with the proper license in accordance with Indiana law. When carrying your firearm, always adhere to all Federal, state and local laws.

What is the firearm policy during the NRA-ILA Leadership Forum on Friday, May 4?

Due to the attendance of the President of the United States, the U.S. Secret Service will be responsible for event security at the NRA-ILA Leadership Forum, which is held at Lucas Oil Stadium. As a result, firearms and firearm accessories, knives or weapons of any kind will be prohibited in the Forum prior to and during his attendance. Click here for additional information. 

Are dogs/pets allowed?

Dogs are not permitted at the Show unless they are for the following purposes:
- The dog is participating in a dog training seminar with one of our seminar speakers
- Service Dogs – all Service Dogs must be certified and must remain on a leash at all times
- All other live animals are not permitted in the Show

Are there shuttles after the Alan Jackson concert?

The NRA will be providing a Saturday evening NRA Express Shuttle that will run continuously for the concert at Lucas Oil Stadium on Saturday, April 27 from 6:30 PM until 11:30 PM. The Express Shuttle will stop at a couple corners downtown to help you get closer to your hotel. The stops on the map will be:

Stop 1 – Corner of S. Illinois & Georgia St // Stop 2 - Corner of Capitol Ave and Washington St // Stop 3 – JW Marriott, (also serving Courtyard, Fairfield) // Stop 4 – Lucas Oil Stadium, Corner of South Street and Capitol Ave 

Are backpacks allowed at the Annual Meeting?

Backpacks are allowed on site at the show but have to be kept on your person at all times. Any backpacks left unattended will be reported to security.
