Organized by the NRA's Office of the General Counsel, the Annual National Firearms Law Seminar is the largest gathering of Second Amendment attorneys in the country.
Join us for a fascinating day of learning about firearms law.
The Seminar provides a unique opportunity for attorneys, judges, FFLs, and others interested in firearms law to network and discuss key legal issues in this expanding area of civil rights law. Attorneys receive a full day of CLE credit.
The 2020 Seminar will include discussions of current federal litigation, including the New York State Rifle and Pistol Association case now before the Supreme Court and other potential Supreme Court cases, red flag laws, state preemption laws, marketing practices liability for the firearms industry, ballistics for lawyers, self-defense law and practice points, U.S. export law, and legal ethics. Our special lunch presentation will be an important and timely look at gun sanctuary counties and their meaning.
