The Seminar provides a unique opportunity for attorneys, judges, FFLs, and others interested in firearms law to network and discuss key legal issues in this expanding area of civil rights law. Attorneys receive a full day of CLE credit.

Our 2019 Seminar will include discussions of the New York State Rifle & Pistol Association case now before the Supreme Court, other cases from the federal courts, state constitutional right to keep and bear arms provisions, FBI NICS updates and appeals, challenging Veterans Administration incompetency determinations, firearms forensics, unlicensed and gunsmith manufacturing (including 80% lowers and 3D printing), defending ranges, and legal ethics. Our special lunch presentation will be an engaging talk on modern American gun culture by Professor David Yamane.
