Organized by the NRA's Office of the General Counsel, the Annual National Firearms Law Seminar is the largest gathering of Second Amendment attorneys in the country.

The Seminar provides a unique opportunity for attorneys, judges, FFLs, and others in the field to network and discuss key legal issues relevant to this expanding area of civil rights law.  CLE credit for all states is available, including 8.75 (1.0) in Texas.

The 2018 Seminar will include discussions about current constitutional litigation across the country, criminal defense, working with FFLs and complying with federal rulings and regulations, building a comprehensive arms law practice that includes non-firearms protected by the Second Amendment, hot topics in firearms law across the country, the restoration of rights, Texas gun laws, and legal ethics and social media. Our special lunch presentation will be a fascinating historical look at American gun culture.

Speakers will include noted Texas criminal defense attorney Gerald Goldstein, Professor Michael O’Shea, Judge David Newell of the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals, NRA General Counsel and Secretary John Frazer, Stephen Halbrook, James P. Vann from BATFE, Sarah Gervase of the NRA Office of the General Counsel, Patrick McLain, and NRA Board Member Charles Cotton. Our special lunch speaker in Dallas will be Clayton Cramer.
