NRA members come from all walks of life representing every race, color and creed in America and indeed across the world. We are united by our unwavering commitment and common belief that the Right to Keep and Bear Arms is an inalienable right that we protect and defend. “Defend the 2nd” is our salute to the millions of NRA members that live by this credo, day in and day out.

In recognition of this, we will be displaying large scale graphics throughout the 2024 Annual Meetings & Exhibits that highlight various NRA members from across the globe. If you’d like your image to be considered for display please submit your high quality photo(s), and join us in celebrating the millions of patriots who support the NRA and defend the Second Amendment. If selected, your image will be prominently displayed in Dallas for your fellow NRA members and patriots to see.

To submit your photo please fill out the submission form below, read the “Photo Release Agreement” and upload a high-resolution photo. Only high-quality images will be considered for selection so please review the “Photo Guidelines” to ensure yours meets the necessary criteria.

In return for submitting your Image(s) and Information to the NRA, including for possible use by NRA for promotional or other activity, and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, you understand and agree as follows:

1. You represent and warrant, knowing that the Image(s) may be used by the NRA and its assigns, as described below, and that you possess any and all necessary rights in and to such Image(s) to provide them to the NRA for such use, including but not limited to any copyright. You irrevocably consent to and authorize the use and reproduction at any time by the NRA and its assigns of any and all Images of any kind, along with the Information, including but not limited to any text or other writings, for any use or purpose whatsoever, including any composite or distorted representations, promotion, or advertising, and you further waive any claim or right arising out of such use, publication, or reproduction, including any right of privacy, and shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the NRA and its assigns, including their directors, trustees, officers, employees, contractors, and similar entities (individually and collectively, “NRA Parties”) from and against any and all fault, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, demands, lawsuits, or any other actions or expenses whatsoever arising out of, related to, or connected with the Images and Information, or any use thereof.

2. You irrevocably authorize NRA and its assigns to copy, edit, enhance, crop, or otherwise alter any Images or Information for any use contemplated above and you also waive any rights for approval or inspection of any resulting images.

3. You understand and agree that all Images and Information become the property of NRA and will not be returned to you, whether or not used by NRA as contemplated under this Photo Release Agreement.

4. You acknowledge that you are not entitled to any compensation or royalties with respect to the use of the Images or Information.

5. You hereby release and forever discharge NRA and all NRA Parties from any and all claims, liabilities, obligations, promises, agreements, disputes, demands, damages, causes of action of any nature or kind, known or unknown, which you, and anyone claiming on behalf of you, may have or claim to have against NRA or any NRA Parties in connection with this Release.

6. You have carefully read and fully understand all the provisions of this Photo Release and are freely, knowingly and voluntarily entering into this Photo Release Agreement.

7. This Photo Release Agreement shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without giving effect to principles of conflicts of laws. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement, including the breach, termination or validity thereof, shall be finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution Rules for Non-Administered Arbitration by a sole arbitrator. The arbitration shall be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. §§ 1 et seq., and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered by any court having jurisdiction thereof. The place of the arbitration shall be Fairfax, Virginia. The arbitrator shall award attorneys’ fees and costs to the prevailing party, except as prohibited by law.

8. This Photo Release Agreement is binding upon you and your executors, administrators, assignees, and heirs.
