Keynote Speaker Col. Allen West
Allen B. West is the National Center for Policy Analysis Executive Director and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors. During his 22 year career in the United States Army, Lieutenant Colonel West served in several combat zones and received many honors including a Bronze Star, three Meritorious Service Medals, three Army Commendation Medals and a Valorous Unit Award.
In November of 2010, Allen was elected to the United States Congress, representing Florida's 22nd District. As a member of the 112th Congress, he sat on the Small Business and Armed Services Committees and was instrumental in passage of the 2012 National Defense Authorization Act. He is a Senior Fellow at the London Center for Policy Research, a Fox News Contributor, author of Guardian of the Republic: An American Ronin’s Journey to Family, Faith and Freedom.

Worship Singer Scotty Wilbanks
Scotty Wilbanks is a Grammy Nominated, multiple Dove award winning record producer, as well as an award winning songwriter. As the keyboard player for the Christian band Third day, he has toured the world and performed on many TV shows including The Tonight Show with Jay Leno and The Late Late show with Craig Ferguson. He started his full-time career in 1993 by joining the band Newsong as a multi-instrumentalist and vocalist. Today he spends most of his time in his recording studio "The Rockporium" and with his family. He has been married to his wife DeDe for nineteen years, and they have three children Levi, Lucy, and Boston.
