Over 900 faithful NRA supporters enjoyed a wonderful breakfast and program while celebrating their 1st and 2nd Amendment Rights. The morning started out with a performance by country music recording artist Bryan White. The audience was surprised to see a video from Chuck Buck. Chuck, who had been scheduled to speak at this year's Prayer Breakfast, but suffered a heart attack in February and was unable to attend. He didn't want to miss the opportunity to introduce his good friend, Chad Schearer, even by video. Chad is the host of Shoot Straight with Chad Schearer, which is all about hunting with the family. Mr. Tom Munson, Director of Sales and Marketing for Trijicon, introduced the speaker of the morning, Lt. General Jerry Boykin (Ret.). General Boykin, a decorated veteran, hero, author and Founder/President of Kingdom Warriors, encouraged the audience to stand firm for their faith and their country. His challenge to make a difference in the lives and community around each of us was inspiring and uplifting.
